Project Closeout

ICS compiles project punch-list and tracks Contractor progress and completion to meet all occupancy milestones. We facilitate training of all Maintenance & Operations personnel with various equipment systems, which can include HVAC controls, Security / Alarm Technology, and Irrigation controls. ICS requests, tracks, and administers all project warranties.
