Pre-Construction Services

Scope Development is completed through Joint Site Investigations with the Client and Design Consultant utilizing digital photography and recording devices. This allows ICS to assess existing site conditions; evaluate the feasibility of construction; determine the needs of the occupants of the site/location; and establish preliminary scope / schematic design with the Design Consultant.

A thorough Constructability review of project plans and specifications is completed prior to bidding and award. Any irregularities between scope and the project plans are forwarded to the Design Consultant for insertion into the final construction documents. Project specifications are continuously reviewed for compliance with industry standards as well as to conform to Client product preferences.
