Construction / Project Management

During the construction phase we take a "boots on the ground" approach. At ICS we take pride in the fact that we hire construction managers that have hands on, in the field experience which allows us to provide our Clients with a better picture of the construction process. As part of this phase ICS will conduct the weekly coordination meetings; manage the construction schedule; receive and route all project correspondence; review progress billings; manage the project overall budget; and be an integral part of the site coordination to minimize any disruptions to our Clients daily operations.
