ICS works closely with our Clients to ensure that multiple bids are received on their projects. We contact qualified Contractors and Subcontractors several times throughout the bidding process regarding the notice to bidders, dates and times of pre-bids, confirmation of receipt of addenda, and verification of Bidders. We believe that being intimately involved throughout the bidding phase will help provide more competitive bidding which benefits the Client.
