Sierra Oaks School - Portables
Portables
Project Overview
The project scope included:
The existing portables at Sierra Oaks were old, dilapidated buildings that were falling apart and had that old musty smell when you walked in the room. Teachers, staff and students can now breathe deeply and enjoy the new 4 classroom wing along with all new student restrooms. The old buildings have been demolished and the new buildings have been put in their place. Each classroom is 960 SF with carpet, vinyl covered tackboard, energy efficient lighting, casework and sinks. The new restrooms are now ADA compliant, have epoxy floors, ceramic tile walls and water saving plumbing fixtures. The exterior courtyard received a full make over with new sidewalks, seatwalls, picnic tables, trees and grass. Light poles and cameras were added for illumination and security. |
