Mesa Verde High School

Construction of New Gymnasium approximately 8,500 sq. ft. to include:

• Retractable basketball back-stops;
• Retractable bleacher seating;
• Multi-use restroom facilities (Boys and Girls);
• Hardwood gymnasium floor;
• PE storage room;
• Custodian room with mop-sink;
• Stucco exterior with colored metal roof;
• New side-walks and paving adjacent to building perimeter;
• New utilities to building.

Construction began in Sept. 2008 and was completed on schedule and under budget.

This project was a Lease Leaseback Delivery Method. The value of the Lease Agreement was $3,217,764.00. Returned to the Owner of Unused/Saved project funds is $418,979.00.
