Mariemont Elementary School

The project scope included:

• full frontage improvements to include a new parking area
• expand existing parking area add site lighting
• storm drain up sizing
• wrought iron fencing
• compliant paths to the site and throughout the site.

The contract amount for the project was $400,000 to be completed in 60 days. The project was on schedule when the Contractor uncovered the water main that had served the entire campus since 1958. Being the age and deterioration of the water main, the District required that the line be replaced. ICS directed and negotiated with the Contractor to complete this added scope with out affecting the contract end date milestone.
