Cottage Elementary School - Paving

The project scope included:

• Reconstruction of the existing parking lot with new loading zone, fire lane and ADA parking stalls
• New ADA compliant sidewalks, energy efficient LED lighting, replacement of water and storm drainage systems
• New landscaping with an upgraded irrigation system

Since the schools' construction in the 1950's, Cottage Elementary School has received minimal site improvements. The old parking lot and sidewalks were not ADA compliant and full of cracks and potholes. Cottage Elementary School received a full make over compromising of new ADA compliant walks, hot mix asphalt parking lot, landscape and irrigation along with new water and storm drainage infrastructure.
