Arden Middle School

The planning for this project began in Spring of 2009 for construction to be completed during the summer of 2010. In December of 2009, after the project design was completed for DSA submittal early January 2010, the District decided to postpone the project due to funding. February 2010, the District determined that the funding could be approved and requested that ICS bid and award the project to be completed following the original construction completion milestones. Working side-by-side with the Engineer and SJUSD Purchasing, ICS was able to obtain DSA approval in March, bid and award contracts by the end of May. The project was constructed this summer and completed on time prior to the first day of school.

• Interior courtyards with new landscaping
• Irrigation main lines
