Innovative Construction Services, Inc. (ICS) is a modest sized construction management firm located in Carmichael, CA. The ICS team brings a diverse pool of construction experience to each project including general contracting, DSA inspection, constructability review, estimating, and construction administration. The individual backgrounds of our team contribute to our ability to manage each project phase and provide a variety of in the field experience. This helps ICS to ensure the projects are complete, biddable, buildable, and in conformance with the Owners requirements and specifications. Our approach has resulted in a meager 3.4% change order rate for all projects we have managed. Our services essentially pay for themselves.
